The interior balances the industrial past of the space with lush greenery and thoughtful details, creating a dynamic atmosphere that feels bright and welcoming during the day and warm and intimate at night. The visual identity is straightforward and rooted in the history of the building, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to menus that rotate five or six times a year. The cocktail lineup showcases the versatility of Toledo Spirits Co.’s offerings, featuring creative drinks designed to pair beautifully with the setting .
