BelCo Trading Cards
Gotta Drink 'em All.
The BelCo Trading Card system turned ordering into collecting. Drinks came as illustrated cards with stats, backstories, and flavor text. Guests flipped through binders, compared notes, traded favorites across tables. The whole thing ran on '80s and '90s nostalgia: sports cards, graded Pokémon slabs, Garbage Pail Kids gross-out energy. It was tactile, social, and a little chaotic. A menu worth stealing, and people did just that.
