The Flagship.
Bellwether is a cocktail bar built to showcase Toledo Spirits Co.'s lineup. The space is an industrial conversion - old beams, factory markings still on the floor - with a cleaner shell placed down into it. Jungle wallpaper, leather Chesterfields, vintage European cigarette posters. Rough edges and lush greenery. The visual identity is simple enough to flex across five or six menu rotations a year.
